Shipping & Packaging

All ceramics pieces are handcrafted individually by me! This means that some items may be out of stock. But don't fret you can reach out to me on creruaceramics@gmail.com and I can make it for you! 

Your Cré Rua Ceramics will be delivered to you in beautifully crafted boxes protected by special packaging and some handy info on how to care for your jewellery. 

We use An Post standard shipping, and depending on your location, they should arrive within 3-7 days of purchasing. Once I have processed your order and sent it off to the post office,  I will send you an email notification so you know your package is on route :)

Currently, I do not ship outside of Ireland & UK. However, if you are outside the designated shipping zones and wish to purchase something, please reach out to me and I will get them to you!

If you have any specific requests (blank packaging for gifts, etc) or anything at all, please reach out to me and I can get that request sorted for you.
